Life Fitness
Small group personal training with experienced coaches. We utilise state of the art equipment to deliver results-based programmes. We shy away from the fads as we are only focused on training that matters. Capped at 4, our small group sessions offer the benefits of one to one personal training with the added camaraderie of larger groups. We believe to be a life athlete, you must move well, move often and enjoy living with confidence. To achieve this, you need a sustained training programme. Our job is to make you crave training with us.

Krav Maga
Hebrew for Contact Combat, Krav Maga is globally recognised as the leading self defence system. It teaches life-skills to help prevent, avoid, deter and deal with violence. Governed by principles, Krav Maga is taught in a unique and comprehensive manner born out of the environment it was developed under in Israel. Practitioners gain knowledge in self protection, situational awareness and combat skills. At Life Athletes we teach our mixed classes in small groups of 4. It enables us to maximise learning whilst maintaining personal attention.

Women-only Self Protection
Our unique Stay Away programme is a world leader in women-only self defence. Suitable for women of all fitness levels and abilities, no martial arts experience is required. We teach women to recognise common danger scenarios and know what to do and when to do it. We explore the differences between men and women to better understand the differing modes of response. Syllabus includes: intuition, psychology, aggression, awareness and defensive techniques.

Krav Ninjas
Children between the ages of 5-8 years old should enjoy their physical activities. The more fun they have the more they learn. Just like learning how to cross a road safely, we believe self-defence is an essential life skill that must be nurtured from a young age. It isn’t about serious training, but learning what’s important through play.

Junior Self Defence
Playground bullying and youth violence are more common during the ages 9-15. That’s why our junior programme focuses on building confidence at an age when innocence starts to erode and the reality of everyday life threats begins to hit home. Parents and teachers cannot be there all the time to offer protection. We help our students develop the necessary awareness and skills to keep themselves safe.
